• Newsletter sign-ups: email address only.

We do not currently collect payment card information directly. Any future payment processing will be handled by a PCI-compliant third-party provider (e.g. Paystack).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to booking enquiries and match children with suitable tutors.
• To process and review tutor applications.
• To send booking confirmations and service-related email communications.
• To improve our website and services based on feedback.
• To send occasional learning tips and updates if you have subscribed to our newsletter (you may unsubscribe at any time).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely in a cloud database hosted by MongoDB Atlas. Email communications are sent via SMTP using secure (TLS-encrypted) connections. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Vercel: website hosting and deployment (vercel.com)
• MongoDB Atlas: cloud database (mongodb.com)
• Email SMTP provider: for sending transactional emails

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices; we recommend reviewing their policies if you have specific concerns.

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies, primarily those necessary for the site to function (e.g. session security). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No analytics platform (such as Google Analytics) is currently active on this site.

Our tutoring services are for children, but we collect information from parents and guardians only, not directly from children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from anyone under the age of 13.
